One of the simplest and most important things you can do for yourself to improve your overall health and wellbeing is to undertake regular deep relaxation. We are all under constant demands and stress at any given moment and this is why I offer deep relaxation hypnotherapy sessions to provide people with an opportunity to discharge all of the built-up pressure and to learn how to take greater care of themselves and their health through deep relaxation.
Hypnotherapy for relaxation is a recognised form of relaxation therapy for reducing ‘stress chemicals’, and bringing the body back to balance. Regular sessions discharge built up pressure and tension, helping you to learn how to look after yourself better.
The hypnotic trance is the induction of a deeply relaxed state in which the mind is guided away from thoughts or troubles of everyday life and into a place of tranquillity and peace. During this process, the hypnotist will offer therapeutic suggestions to encourage changes in attitude and behaviour, or relief of stress-related symptoms. This relaxation therapy is comfortable, safe and considered to be a highly liberating experience – beneficial for both the mind and physical health.
